Samsung hidden menu results in top bar showing MODE : FAILURE

any suggestion what has failed, how to fix?

Hey @Mg9302, can you send a picture of the screen of the TV showing this error message? Also, what is the model number of the TV? You can find this on the back label. Please also make sure that the TV is running on the latest software version: Menu > Settings > Support > Software update > Update now, unplug the TV, plug it back in again and turn it on.

I also get Mode Failure on the secret menu Does the problem lie with the one connect box? I can`t get Terrestrial or Freesat to work. They worked previously.
