I have a 22" F5400 series 5 t.v. I have just upgraded BT Smart Hub 2. When I try to connect to it via wi-fi it says cannot connect and shows my old BT Hub 5.
It shows my new hub in available networks and connects fine via WPS, but when I next turn the t.v. on it again shows my old hub and says cannot connect so I have to go through the same procedure. My old hub is not shown in the list of networks. I have tried a full factory reset a few times to no avail.
All other products connected via wi-fi remember the new hub.
Any ideas appreciated
