I've got a 65" S90C and have been watching UHD on the NowTV App on the TV. Just been away for a week and now it's not giving me the option to watch UHD.
I've got a Roku 4k Stick and that is giving me the option of watching UHD, so it's not my NowTV subscription.
I've deleted the NowTV app and reinstalled it, still no UHD.
It was working a week ago....
Any ideas...

I got cut off from live chat but they picked it up on email. I’ve sent all the version numbers, model etc including screen shots. Last I heard they had passed to technical so hoping for an update soon, sadly don’t think it will be fixed by the next F1 race. Also, my subscription is due to renew at the weekend so don’t really want to pay for something that doesn’t work.

I have had another email from Now TV asking for Samsung version number, I have already supplied this but have sent again. I have also asked about the subscription renewal which is coming up as it’s pointless paying for something which doesn’t work.

I've heard nothing from them since logging the issue on Monday morning.

Same issue, my response:
”
Thank you for waiting, Leon. We've received an update regarding this type of query. Which this big update which is the new Operating System Tizen 8.0 affecting the NOW TV App.
Where in Samsung & NOW TV are working closely to restore access to UHD Content through the NOW TV Application installed on
2023 Smart TV/Monitor/Projector (Delete as appropriate) which have been recently upgraded to the Tizen 8.0 Operating System.”

Go to the top menu bar & all the way to the gear icon on the right. The app version should be bottom left. Mine is 9.9.3 (2.0.8).

Well it certainly isn't HDR, which is baked into the UHD feeds...
