Now tv app no uhd

The problem from November last year seems to have appeared again.  S95 tv not showing uhd on Now tv app.  Just paid for ultra boost and it’s not working, anyone else experiencing this again?

Are you able to share more info with us on this one?

• Full model number of your TV.
• Full software version.
• App version.
• Which channel/programme(s) are trying to watch in UHD?
• Full description of what you're seeing, or any screenshots showing the issue or any error messages you’re getting when you're watching that channel/programme(s).

Full model number and software version should be in 'Settings > All settings > Support > About This TV.' (If you're posting a screenshot of that screen, remember to block out the serial number.)

All this information was provided last year when it stopped working, was fixed then gone again at the start of the F1 season, paying boost for nothing again.  Either Samsung or Nowtv need to get their act together

Perhaps it's a software issue from Now TV if it was working beforehand, have you tried redownloading?

Yes done that, it comes up as uhd on the live tv but no uhd channels showing in sport

This may be a Now TV app compatibility issue not a TV problem, i recommend contacting them through appropriate methods.
