@Derek14 It may be a technical issue on the Samsung platform, best to raise with ITV initially to investigate. Contact details here: https://help.itv.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002766414-Do-you-have-subtitles-available- Subtitles should work on all Samsung models from 2017. I remember I raised a query on behalf of a relative a few years ago (in this case concerning STV) and the issue was rectified ,though in this instance it was to do with the subtitles being intermittent or completely out of sync.
