Hi. My husband needs to use headphones and as he can only hear in one ear, they need to be mono. Our new Samsung UHD TV does not have a headphone socket, so he cannot use his wireless headphones as the transmitter unit needs to plug into a headphone socket. I now need to buy Bluetooth headphones. I've been looking for mono ones which is proving tricky. I cannot see anything in the settings of my TV to change the sound either. Ive been on 'chat' but, well let's just say they were less than helpful. Can anyone let me know if I can use other sockets in the TV with an appropriate adapter and also if I can change sound to mono, or failing that recommend a Bluetooth headset that will work with my tv and in mono? The tv in question is model UE49RU7300. Thank you!

@Mandy20: I recommend looking for an HDMI to 3.5mm jack adapter, which you can use to connect the transmitter unit for your husbands existing wireless headphones. Samsung doesn't sell these, but you will be able to source one from a reputable third party retailer with a quick Google search.
