Samsung have mentioned game hub will certainly to 2021 model s, not 100% on timing

Confirmed.. No game hub for the 2021 but apps will available individually.

Hence why not sure why apps can be provided for the 2020 ones

It is the cloud based gaming apps that will start rolling out on selected 2021 Samsung Smart Tv's, rather than the Gaming Hub. The majority of Bluetooth enabled devices will be supported.
