New TV has large white circles?

Only had this TV a month and it has large white circles, surely this isn’t normal? Anyone else had this?

I could live with very minor back light bleed, but this no. Contact where you purchased it.

@daainax Is this on all sources,  Are the circles still showing on Pcture Test, Settings-Support-Device care-Self Diagnostics-Picture Test.

In any case it would best to contact Retailer, under the consumer  Rights Act 2015 purchasers have a right to a full refund within 30 days if deemed faulty  (if this is desired).
