New Samsung TV - no ITV channels on freesat - but all others there

Just bought a new QE43Q60DAU and it receives all the freesat channels - except ITV !!

Not the dish as the freesat box I had before works perfectly - but not this TV !

Any ideas - or take the set back as not fit for purpose

Investigating further it looks like channels with symbol rate 27500 are not receivable.

Is there any way to fix this or is it down to samsung to fix?

How do I get them to fix it?
