New connect box with 2.1 hdmi upgrade

I have been promised by Samsung team member that I will get upgrade one connect box with 2.1 hdmi for my Q90R as soon the lockdown finished, I am still waiting here?????

I'm owner of 65" Q9FN. We were promised the upgrades too. 
Samsung support, please release new one connect box for us to buy with HDMI 2.1 ports.

Please take in mind that this TV cost me more than an used car here in my country. It's 2 years old model, with display completely capable going 120fps 4K UHD with a new generation of gaming consoles.
If I won't get an option to upgrade to HDMI 2.1. for my gaming then you will loose not only me as a long time, so far loyal customer, but my whole family and many of my friends too. I will spread the word. I'm frequently asked about advices. It's up to you if I will reccomand Samsung again... Thank you for understading your customers. We won't buy your products next time if you fail us now.

compre un  Q9FN de 65 el año 2018 por 2,800 euros me interesa saber si Samsung apoyara sus productos con no menos de 2 años en adelante dotados de pantalla 120hz nativas sin one connect hdmi 2.1 en lo personal me interesa el 4k a 120hz por que tengo que comprarme un tv para poder tener el hdmi 2.1 sabiendo que basta un nuevo box one connect de parte de Samsung. que es lo más lógico poner nuevos one connect con hdmi 2.1 para sus productos de gama alta con menos de 2 años de salida siempre y cuando tengan pantallas 120hz nativa. This has the makings of a class action suit. There is enough literature where this feature was promised. Samsung can buy back all the tvs or provide updated one connect boxes.

Total lies i’m afraid, they have no plans to implement this I was told over the phone yesterday. Craig Cunningham has a lot to answer to as I purchased my Q90 after watching his video at the Samsung press event. False advertising springs to mind
