I have been using Netflix without problems and then suddenly when I press on the Netflix App the screen goes black - then nothing. Apparently this is common with Samsung TV's but I can't follow how to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks

Is this only happening when trying to connect to Netflix? What's the model code and software version of your TV? Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.
