I’ve got a smart TV, UE55NU7100. Last night it lost connection because of my virgin smart hub playing up. When I tried to connect again today it would connect to my LAN but not the internet. The connection is Ethernet. When I use the wifi connection it works fine, but I can’t work out why the Ethernet isn’t working. I’ve checked the IP, DNS and gateway settings are all in order.
Any ideas?

I'm sad to hear that. Have you checked the cable with a different device or a different cable with the TV? Is the TV software up to date? The latest version available is 1300.4. To check this head into the TV Settings> Support> About this TV/ Contact Samsung.

Hi,
I checked the TV cable with a different device, which worked fine. I also tried a different cable which I know works with the TV, and this didn't resolve the issue.

I've also checked the software which is up to date.
