TVI live in Australia and have been using my Samsung Frame for a year and today I decided to buy a tv antenna to connect it to terrestrial digital channels like channel 7 or ABC. I followed every step. The tv auto tuning (scans) for channels but not able to find anything. Search settings are Aerial is terrestrial and channel type is digital. The house is my friend's house and they used the antenna connection for years in the past. Any help?

TVHi @Gokhan Ozkan just checking that the Tv is is Home Mode rather than Retail. check that the aerial and all connections are secure. if so try resetting the Tv and trying again. In the Uk some customers have found that disconnecting aerial and scanning for channels sorts issues. With no aerial connected obviously no channels are found but it resets the system and channels may be found when the aerial is connected again. However there could be issues in your area , may also need to try Manual tuning.
