I have a 50" MU6120 in 1290 firmware.
Nothing work, can't change the volume it stay at 12. I can't have internet in ethernet too. She got the good ip etc but can't have internet. Lot of other things don't work.
I would like to reinstall a firmware i download on the samsung website. When i plug the usb it's detected but when i want to browse, the circle turn but nothing is showing so the usb drive part seem not working too really fine..
When i try to update the firmware with the menu, it ask if i want to include the usb drive i say yes, but after it say me there is not any update for my tv.
Is there any way to force a clean total reinstall of a firmware ?
