Manage most watched cannels on smart tv

In the “Most watched” bar on the smart tv home screen there are 13 channels. Some channels I have never watched.

How can I delete these channels?

How can I reorder the channels so that the channels I actually watch most appear at the start of the list?

@19chris: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV, so I can look into this for you? This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV.
