Lost OneConnect Box- Can’t access service menu

Located in US- I lost my OneConnect box for model UN65KS8500FXZA- I have tried everything to enter the service menu- have bought 2 different remotes, tried countless codes and watched multiple videos and no matter what I try, I’m still stuck on the OneConnect image when I turn on the TV. Anybody have any other options or willing to help? TV is in perfect condition- would hate to buy another one 😞

With out the one connect box unfortunately you have a creen with no brains. Each one connect box is calibrated to each tv so a second hand one would not likely be compatible. Your best bet is to reach out to samsung us customer care and see if they can help in any way.
