Hi
i have got a Samsung series 6 tv. Using an aerial connected to the tv to view the freeview channels . I have recently lost some free view channels . I then tried to retune the tv and now lost even more channels . Any ideas on how to fix this ?

I have the same problem I have 2 Samsung TV's one works fine, the other has lost a lot of Freeview chanels. Both are connected to the same Antenna. I suspect the problem is a drop in signal strength on some chanels as those that work are fine.

Hi @CHIEF, @crileyuk Does the Tv affected have the most recent update, can be checked on the Samsung support page. The freeview signals have been updated in some areas and a I'll attach this General Guide Freeview- Missing Channels
Possibly you may need to try a manual retune and instructions here
http://www.bbc.co.uk/receptionsearch Click on your Transmitter, More Info and then Quick tips to give you the numbers you require.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
