Hello Samsung Community,
I recently mounted my Samsung TV UN55MU8000F model above my fireplace. I'm working to organize/hide the cables. Unfortunately, the One Connect cable is not long enough to reach from the TV screen to the One Connect box, if I were to put the small box by my receiver. The leaves me with two options, and my question is which option would be better: Would it be better to have a longer One Connect cable, or a longer HDMI cable? I understand that it's best to keep HDMI cables short, but I don't know if the same is true for One Connect cables. While I would prefer to keep the One Connect box closer to the receiver (on the floor), it would be possible, by running a long HDMI cable, to have the One Connect box up by the TV. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Ok, thanks for your reply, Batsy. I haven't searched this, yet - do you happen to know if longer One Connect cables are sold? My initial post was under the assumption that I could purchase a longer replacement cable.
