@Teno1878: Further to the advice offered by @Pugs1957 it isn't possible to apply a PIN for general access to the TV, however you can apply locks to the channels that might be distracting your kids at night. To proceed, head to Settings > Broadcasting > Apply Channel Lock. Alternatively, head to Home > Live TV > Channel List > Edit Channels > Select a target channel > Lock. The default PIN is '0000' however this can be changed by going to Settings > General > System Manager > Change PIN. I hope this helps.
