We bought a television, with a sound bar promotion.
The TV arrived and to our surprise the corner was totally bent... we called and complained, they asked for pictures we sent the proof and they agreed it is broken from factory.. they picked it up after weeks and weeks of calls and emails (tv), after a month they took the sound bars, but they didn't give us our money back, nothing 0 response, in Spain the customer service for complaint phone number doesn't work, you call customer service and they tell you it's another department and that they will transfer the call... and they themselves say they know that the phone doesn't work.
. We are talking about more than 2000 euros and Samsung does not want to take responsibility,.
