Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble connecting my Samsung Smart TV to my home Wi-Fi network. I've followed the basic setup steps, but I keep getting an error message saying that the TV cannot connect to the network.

Here's what I've tried so far:

1. Restarting both the TV and my router.
2. Checking that the Wi-Fi password is correct.
3. Ensuring that my TV's firmware is up to date.
4. Trying to connect to a different Wi-Fi network.

None of these steps have resolved the issue.

How do I connect my Samsung Smart TV to Wi-Fi successfully? Are there any other troubleshooting steps I might have missed?

Can you provide the make and model of your TV and also the WiFi router. Can you confirm that the TV can 'see' the WiFi router but is unable to establish a connection. Is the TV trying to connect using 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency or maybe higher depending on model.
