How good is the Samsung AU8000 50 inch as an upgrade from a 43 inch TU7020

I am thinking about upgrading a Samsung 43 inch TU7020 to a Samsung 50 inch AU8000. Is it worth it as What Hi Fi gave a slightly negative review of the AU8000 saying it gives soft native 4K video?
