Hi @Portugal1000 Freeview is built in and you will ne able to access these channels as long as you have got a connected working aerial.https://www.freeview.co.uk/app/uploads/2013/03/FREEVIEW_Value_Aerials.pdf you should have the latst firmware on a new TV but check on Samsung Support Have you actually scanned for the channels Home > Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Tuning? The channels you currently have must be the Tv Plus ones which work via the Internet Tv Plus
