Can't login to my NFL Gamepass app

I now have the NFL Gamepass app on my Samsung 4K tv, but it won't let me login.

I can login on my Apple TV, ipad, even the Web interface on the TV. But not via the NFL Gamepass app.

All I get is red lines around the login/padssword entry windows.

Am I the only person in the world with this problem?

Elalami, did you have an answer for this nfl game pass? I have the same problem...bought tv this morning specifically to log in to the app. It’s a UE50RU7470UXXU....any help appreciated! Thanks

Hi, yes. Mine just started working one day. Typed in the username and password and away it went. Very strange. I tried it every day for a week then suddenly it worked.
If you can see the app and you have your nfl account, it will eventually work. Well, mine did anyway...

No you're not the only one.  NFL Gamepass woks beautifully on my Samsung 75" NU 8000 but does not work with my 50" Samsung.  I am in contact with NFL Gamepass technical support team.  Once I get a solid snawer I'll share it with you.

I have a QE65Q70RATXXC Samsung TV.

I downloaded the NFL gamepas app but it turns the boxes around user/password to red and say nothing else.

How do I fix or get around this problem?

I never found the app, I have 2 samsumg tv, model un55mu6300 and un43mu6300
