How do I change the country

So we bought our tv out in Cyprus and are now living in the UK. How do I change the settings so that it registers we are in the UK and allows us to download UK apps like the BBC iPlayer etc. Thanks in advance

it depends, you can sometimes get around it by doing a FULL factory reset and choose country during setup, but not knowing what model you have or which country you purchased it in, kinda clutching at straws

Thank you. I think I mentioned in my original post that I bought it in Cyprus. I’m not 100% sure on the model but having just taken a quick browse on google I believe it’s 2017 55” 4K UHD curved screen.
