Help with SmartThing app

I've just bought a new Samsung 55In UE55TU7020KXXU Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV and the SmartThing app is not finding it . I followed all of the instructions like connecting the phone and tv to the same network, keeping both devices closer, restarting the devices and it is still not working.

Some of devices are not working with this App. I mean phones, for example I have a Samsung TV and Samsung s20 and I can't connect them using this app. You can try to use other apps to connect TV with your phone.

I tried something else and it worked this time. I've just mirror my screen(which was usually pointless) and it worked. The app find it straight away.
