HELP NEEDED - UE55NU7470 no longer discoverable/ not showing on 'project to second screen' menu

As title says, my samsung UE55NU7470 is no longer discoverable to project to. Initially I thought it was an issue with my laptop (windows 10) since updating software so I re-installed/updated relevant drivers but still no luck. Then I noticed that it doesn't show up when I try to project from my smartphone either so figured it must be an issue with the TV (a few weeks back I had no issues projecting from either device). I've also factory restored the TV settings and checked the software is up to date (version 1290).

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That doesn't seem to be a valid model code. Could you check the number for us please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Sorry mistake, model no. Is UE55NU7470
