Hi Samsung Team
I’ve enjoyed my Samsung Q9F 65 inch tv for over a year and a half now.
The UHD Content is great and 4K picture quality fantastic. However recently while watching Netflix content, specifically the new Netflix series ratched HDR content is severely affected with a white grainy appearance. See attached photos.
This is a real shame as I have enjoyed HDR content above all with its quality contrast and brightness ratio. HDR content does not seem to be affected with Amazon prime.
currently a lot of HDR content seems to be affected primarily on Netflix.
Is this a known Netflix problem with certain series or is there a fix for the TV unit itself.
It’s important to note I am watching Netflix on the TV itself.

Have you figured out a fix? I've suddenly started getting the same issue on all the apps on my TV. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBO Max. Not sure if I've seen this issue on YouTube. Definitely not seeing it on anything plugged into the TV like my Xbox or Switch.

I have the Q8F75 inch and was running into same problem with HDR, HDR, HDR 10+ on Netflix, Hulu, and. Paramount+. Solved! I turn Contrast Enhancer off. Great pic! No grainy look!
