Options

just got this tv and im getting a pop up message saying:

" Please go into service mode and setup below options. - Type, Local Set, Front Color Option " 

 

i got into the service mode and front color is set at NONE i dont know which is the correct one can anyone help me out here!

Options

front colour utu8500n-u55tn3 - the last number should match the version no on label on the back of tv

 

You might have to set the following details too:

type = 55l6auort

local set =  eu_uk

 

If you dont have those option in service menu then you would need a Service remote control AA81-00243A TM930 - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Replacement-SAMSUNG-Service-remote-control-AA81-00243A-TM930/122650157259...

 

To activate service menu on the service remote the combination is Source, Info, Factory and Menu
