HI!

I want an hmdi recommendation to be able to connect the pc to tv.. bought a very cheap hdmi and when is activate GAME MODE.. the screen goes black for 2-3 seconds and need to disable GM. From what I understand it is from hmdi. I will use only in 1080p because my pc don't run to much.

MY TV - Samsung Series 7 Crystal UHD 4K 50" AU7090 TV 2022

What brand do you think is a good hdmi?

I use those cables. They may be overkill though if you are running 1080p @60Hz.

I own an LG TV so cannot comment on samsungs gamemode specifically as I only owned a qn95b for a few days. (It sounds to me like a refresh-rate/resolution conflict though, do you still get sound from your pc when it blackscreens?)

Had a little google and people were recommending labeling the input as a pc and enabling 'input +' and ensuring you are using the hdmi 2.1 port on your tv to pc

There is this page from samsung regarding 2022 smart tv's

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/tv-audio-video/2022-how-to-use-game-on-your-samsung-smart-tv/

There is also this reddit page of users having the same problems I've not read it all but maybe it may help

https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/10dsclm/my_samsung_tv_goes_black_screen_when_i_change_...

I hope you get it sorted, best of luck.

Try a true hq. Or maxonar. Stouchi or ibra have used a amazon basic premium which worked nicely
