New Samsung 65 in with solar remote

anytime i press the voice button the entire remote unpairs. When I hold the back and next buttons together to pair, it won't pair.

Could we take the full model code and current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

This remotes microphone is not responding for QN65S95BAFXZA tv. Smartthings microphone works. any ideas?
