I purchased the two items together and had it working OK feeding the TV audio via the HDMI eArc port to the soundbar. But for some reason it has stopped working. The HDMI eArc settingson the TV are greyed out and therefore not available anymore. I have tried replacing the HDMI cable but can't get it to work anymore.
I can't get through to Samsung support, not that Iexpect much help from them given my experience with them so far.
Anyone on here have any ideas please?
