I bought the QN90A Neo QLED, and I'm already starting to regret it.
Does this TV have HDMI 2.1 port or not?
Is port number 4 on the TV (where the game controller is printed) the only HDMI 2.1 port? I've looked at this article which applies to Australia https://www.samsung.com/au/support/tv-audio-video/gaming-with-samsung-smart-tvs. I'm based in Europe though.
I have connected my PlayStation 4 to port number 4 on the TV. The HDR on my PlayStation 4 is activated according to https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/hardware/ps4-how-to-enable-hdr. The HDMI cable I'm using is high-end that supports 2.1.
The game bar on the TV says that I neither have VRR nor HDR. Why is that?
Samsung customer support are of course unavailable.

Your in the correct port. The problem is that your playing a PS4 game. You should try the games that are PS5 version. Do not try the remastered GTA either.
