i didn't realise samsung was a dishonest company till i order my new tv from them, this tv come with a S23 fe or sound device but now i got in touch with them after tv got delivered they are saying s23 is out of stock and the offer has ended. i really think that proper dishonesty toward customers and i will NOT be buying anymore samsung products in the future.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

I'm assuming this was a UK order?

When you placed the order, there was an offer from you have posted on here.

There are a couple of ways Samsung do this and it depends on the offer at the time.

1. When you place your order (for a TV in this case) you would have added a code for the free gift. Free gifts are subject to availability (but then in my view if the free gifts have run out, the website should reflect this). You enter the code, it adds the promotional gift to the order and on most occasions they come together.

2. When you get your email invoice, instructions are provided on how to claim your free promotional gift. You then have a short timeframe to claim (typically 30 to 60 days). If you don't claim....

Do either of these ring true for your order?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

It was FOC it had to he added to the basket, as always it's while stocks last. If no extra item was in the basket you aren't entitled to anything extra.
