Hi,
I have set my 43" Frame TV (2019) to sleep after 2 hours of not detecting motion (Night mode is turned off).
It does switch off after that period, but no amount of movement appears to wake it up again.
It has a table underneath it (but at least 50cm of gap between that and the bottom of the TV).
Any ideas why the detection isnt picking up movement? (Its set to high sensitivity).
It turns back on to TV mode once I press the power button on the smart remote.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi,
Yes, I had turned that option off thanks.
I returned my TV and a replacement is working fine.
Thanks.

I have the same problem with my 3x 32" Frames, once they switch off after no movement or light they never come back on again even after turning the light on and moving around infront of them. So much for motion and light sensors.

I had the same problem until I found out later that the frame 32 doesn't have the motion sensor.

Well that sucks, I bought 3 of these things purely because of the art option, daylight and movement sensor.
