I've had a Frame 32" TV for a few months, purchased direct from Samsung. After a few weeks, the TV started randomly rebooting itself every few minutes. After contacting Samsung, a repair was booked with my nearest repair centre who had to collect the TV. This process was hard work as they could offer no convenient collection slots and I had to drag the TV into my work address for collection. I received it back after a couple of weeks having been "repaired" but after a few minutes use the problem was clearly still there.
I've since been back on the support chat who could do little apart from book me a "Triage" escalation call back which was confirmed for this morning. Guess what.... No call.
I've spoken to support on the phone who want to offer another escalation call which I requested for later today but I'm getting to the point where I've had enough.
Is there an email address I can contact with an account of all these problems? I just want to return the thing at this point in time.
