Hello.
I will ask you to upgrade HW-N960 so that it will be eARC- compatible. Now it is ARC- compatible.
HW-N960 has almost the same hardware as newer soundbars for Samsung. This will only be a software update. The soundbar costed 1,499 pounds and it would be fair if you will do this.
Hopefully you will fix it. I ask for a respond from Samsung. Can you answer this?
