Firestick not working on frame

Hiya,

my firestick will no longer work on my frame tv. I only bought the tv in June and it seemed to work ok for the first week or so. The firestick does work on my other Samsung tv so assume it’s related to the frame. Any help well received. Thank you.

Have you checked what firmware versions your TVs are running? Any firmware updates waiting to be installed on your frame tv or firestick?
