I will say it again, if I have said it before. This site is absolutely useless, just a place for all of us TV customers to post our rage. Samsung does not give a s$%& what we have experienced. I even wrote to the head of the tv division and got zero reply. If it makes you feel better to see how many people are in the same boat then post away. But Samsung doesn't do a ***** thing about any of this. Lovely throw away society that has been created. Remember when your appliances and tvs lasted for decades?
I hate Samsung's new line of tvs and their complete lack of customer care.

That was done ages ago. then I signed up to keep me posted and see nothing but more and more evidence of other people's tvs failing just after the warranty period. Can you not see original post?
