Hi @Ennida.
It's worth making sure that your TV's software is the latest version for it (Menu > Support > Software Update). UK model UE40H6400's should be on version 2870.9 (or higher), which is available to download from the Support page here if your TV isn't updating from the previous steps.
If it's not appearing in a search in the Smart Hub after that, then that app won't be available for your model. If you get in touch with the app developers, they'll be able to confirm if they're supporting your model or if there's any issues with the app at their end.
