TVEurosport player app doesn't work (it is just loading for so many minutes) on my TV (UE48JU6072UXXH). Can you tell me, where the problem is?

HI @Dann3, seems there is a problem with the Eurosport app on smart TV's unless anything has changed-customer informed 7 months ago that it no longer worked. https://https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/TV-Audio-Video/Eurosport-Player-app-problem-on-a-6-serie... Alternative is to use Chromecast to stream it to Tv. Personally I just watch the 2 Eurosport channels via Sky at times.

TVI recently paid yearly subscription for Eurosport to view on my Galaxy 8plus. I downloaded Eurosport player to phone then downloaded to Samsung tv. I have had no problems
whatsoever.

Hi @Harryv, Good to know the Eurosport app working fine for you on Galaxy 8 Plus and Smart Tv, perhaps some of the Tv issues ironed out. There was an offer on Prime for adding Eurosport Player on Tv at only a penny for 6 months recently if anyone interested-offer ends 27 January though. Prime Offer

TVI have also paid a yearly subscription for Eurosport on my tv and just recently when I opened the app I got the following message "Eurosport just got better. To continue to enjoy Eurosport Player on your tv, please download the new version of the app" However when I go to the app Eurosport no longer exists!!

Hi @Shirls Does Eurosport Player not appear when you do a search as coming up on my TV (a 2017 model), though personally do not use it as have the Eurosport channels.
Ensure you have the latest firmware on yout TV and if still an issue you should firstly try Smart Hub Reset and possibly Factory Reset. For Help from Eurosport see here https://help.eurosport.com/hc/en-gb

TV3 years on and the problem isn't solved.
My Samsung 5 Series TV originally played the Eurosport Player App (which was pre-installed) but it stopped working; I deleted it to try and re-add a later version but you can't search for the Eurosport Player app (it doesn't appear as an available app).
Meanwhile my Samsung 8 series TV plays the Eurosport app (which was pre-installed) works perfectly (although the app doesn't show in the list of apps available).
Is this situation ever going to change?
