When trying to use the smart hub I keep getting the error code (ERROR_MODEL_BIND) using the Samsung tele model UE55ES6800UXXU. I have tried a reset and checked my IP is correct. When I’ve tried to do a software update it tells me the function is unavailable. Please help really need the smart function and it’s winding me up
