I’m getting an error code 102 on my tv and nothing is working as it says it’s not connected to the network. Nothing is wrong with my WiFi connection as all other TVs, laptops work and connect. Someone please help

to ser the DNS server manually see below
1 goto settings on your smart TV menu
2 choose the DNS item
3 enter Google ( 8.8 8.8) public ip address or yandex (77.88 8.8)

I had this issue last night and noticed the assigned DCHP settings were incorrect (the gateway didn't exist).
The resolve. I cleared the network settings, and then reverted to DCHP. The refreshed DCHP settings were correct, and Smart TV etc. works and the Smart tests are complete.
