Our new Samsung QLED Q80T 49" was delivered yesterday but after having put the smartthings app on my phone, it doesn't seem to recognise the TV and eventually came up with the above error code. Help please.

For tv, delete from app and reenter.

Try deleting TV from app and reentering it.
