Curiosity Stream Wont Open on Samsung TV

I have a Samsung 55" Class JU6700 Curved 4K UHD Smart TV. When I try to open Curiosity Stream App, the icon appears and it gets stuck there. It wont open. I have updated firmware to the latest available (version 1560.0) , I have removed & reinstalled app, I have rebooted TV, I rebooted smart  hub. All other apps work fine, its just this one. Has anyone else has this issue? Any suggestions?

I too have the same problem . All other streaming service work except curiositystream

Well, looks like it is years getting this resolved.  Brand new TV, (2021 model), fresh install, all other apps work, curiosity stream just sits at the splash screen.  Software update 1903

I have a friend on version 1805 that it works fine for.  Trying to find others for comparison.

(If anyone is willing to try, you dont even need to have the service to see if it works)
