Curiosity Stream app worked...but then didn't

After a couple of weeks, Curiosity Stream stopped allowing "Play." TV is model UN55J6200AFXZA; software is up to date. Tried cold boot/delete app/reset SmartHub, download app -- still no-go. 

 

Was told by CS the app stopped working b/c it's an older model TV, but that seems odd as it DID work for several days. 

 

Any ideas? Thanks!

I have a similar problem with Curiosity stream. Samsung has version 2.9.3, CS said it should be 3.9.11b and Samsung needs to update.

Samsung Customer Service said to tag this discussion in hopes it would be seen by the TV product group and to program the latest version of CuriosityStream. Fingers crossed.

Same issue here. I can select a CS movie but screen turns black when play it.

TV: UE49KS7080. Looking forward to the solution.
