Hello,
I have a #UA50KU7000 Model TV and all of a sudden I will not stream using the TV browser (as per pic below).
I have tried resetting the settings and restarting the TV but still does not work!
Please help

Thank you for your question and sorry to hear you're having issues.
Would I be right in saying your device is a 2016 (launch date) model TV?
If so, a number of streaming services may no longer work on your device. There have been some press releases about this over the last few months. The tech in a 2016 device is very different from today's models.
I've recently moved from a 2017 TV to an LG2023 Television and the difference is amazing in terms of picture quality.

Hi @Donald Galinoma Have you only encountered this issue recently, ensure you have the latest updates. you could try clearing the cache and Factory Reset. However there will be an issue with streaming on a number of websites via the Web Browser as Flash Player in not supported and there is a limitation on HTML5 video. No smart Tv web browser has the full functionality of a computer. See more here https://www.lifewire.com/samsung-smart-tv-web-browser Video apps are the best option, as far I am aware the You Tube app is still supported on 2016 Samsung tv's but this will be subject to review and on older models some apps will become incompatible or have licences withdrawn.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
