Connect echo dot to tv

I have just bought an Echo dot but cannot add it to my list of Smart things on my TV (QE50Q65AAUXXU). I would like to play my TV sound through the Echo Dot. 
How do I add it please?

I don't think you can. You'd be better off getting some samsung speakers.
