Shadows appearing red in some shots

hi

just bought a  

Samsung AU7110 55 Inch Smart TV

On some shots, the shadows are appearing red when dark, when subject moves the colour goes back to normal.

Tried various picture modes, settings to  no avail.

Any ideas please?

Let's start by taking the full model code and current software version of your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV. Also, are you able to take a photo that will capture this issue?
