OK, I finally have this solved. I have a brand new 2023 model, and I could not edit ( renumber ) the channel list as there was no renumber button. I did a factory reset, then when starting as a new tv, I was given only 2 options, if in UK or IRELAND ?, I lied and said Ireland. At no time did I answer any question about my postcode ( I simply skipped the question ). After tuning, the channel list was NOT as is usual in the UK, ( IE: channel one was NOT bbc1 ), went to channel list, edit and bingo there is a "change number" button. To change the number of a channel is a bit strange, 1) move to the channel in the list you wish to renumber, 2) press enter to select that channel, 3) arrow right and select " change number " button, 4) it does not tell you, but at this point press the number buttons on your remote to enter the new number you want for that channel, 5) press enter, 6) the chanell you selected will move to the position in the list that you wanted, 7) press enter to put the channel in that position, 😎 when finish move bottom right of screen to SAVE and EXIT.
